Therapy for recurrent malignant glioma in adults.

摘要: Malignant gliomas are the most common form of primary brain tumors in adults. Although prognosis remains poor, there has been recent progress treatment these tumors. Standard therapy for patients with this disease will be reviewed, together more novel approaches such as targeted molecular therapies, angiogenesis inhibitors, immunotherapies, gene therapies and intratumoral therapies.
