摘要: This article focuses on the growing prospects for a nuclear power renaissance in Europe. While accepting conventional wisdom that incipient is being driven by climate change and energy security concerns, we argue it would not be possible without pioneering work of Sweden Finland providing technological sociopolitical solution to industry’s longstanding “Achilles’ heel”: safe, permanent, locally acceptable disposal high-level radioactive waste.
