摘要: Aim: The evaluation of sodium and potassium intake is part the optimal management hypertension, metabolic syndrome, renal stones, other conditions. To date, no convenient method for its exists, as gold standard 24-hour urine collection cumbersome often incorrectly performed, methods that use spot or shorter collections are not accurate enough to replace standard. aim this study was evaluate correlation agreement between a new uses multiple-scheduled collection. Methods: creatinine ratios were determined four scheduled samples. mean samples each single corrected estimated excretion compared Results: A significant linear demonstrated urinary solute excretions evaluated by any spots better than spots. Bland-Altman plots showed differences these measurements within limits agreement. Conclusion: Four can be used estimation excretion.
