Serebral paralizili çocuklarda ev egzersiz program›n›n etkinli¤inin incelenmesi The evaluation of home exercise program efficiency in children with cerebral palsy

摘要: Amac: Bu cal›flman›n amac›, serebral paralizili (SP) cocuklarda ev egzersiz program›n›n etkinli¤ini araflt›rmakt›. Gerec ve Yontem: Serebral paralizi tan›s› konmufl, yafllar› 2-15 aras›nda de¤iflen yafl ortalamalar› 5,22±4,40 y›l olan toplam 273 olgunun klinik aileye ait bilgileri al›nd›. Motor geliflim duzeyleri Kaba ‹fllev S›n›fland›rma Sistemi -GMFCSkullan›larak incelendi. Olgular›n 183’u (% 67,03) spastik, 36’s› 13,18) atetoid, 35’i 12,82) hipotonik, 19’u 6,95) ise ataksik SP idi. Ayr›ca ekstremite da¤›l›m›na gore; 147 53,84)’si diparetik, 94 34,43)’u kuadriparetik, 32 11,72)’si hemiparetikti. Her cocu¤a motor seviyesine uygun olarak Bobath Norogeliflimsel Tedavi yontemine dayal› program› e¤itim verildi. Alt› ay sonra olgular›n tekrar de¤erlendirildi. Bulgular: GMFCS s›n›flamas›na gore oncesi ile verildikten sonraki istatistiksel anlaml› bir fark bulundu (p<0,05). Ev cocuklar›n 225 82,41)’i ba¤›ms›z yuruyemezken, 48’i (%17,59) yuruyebiliyordu. Son de¤erlendirmede yuruyebilen cocuk say›s› 64’du (%23,45) C›kar›mlar: Rehabilitasyon merkezlerinde duzenli rehabilitasyon alamayan SP’li fizyoterapi programlar›n›n aile e¤itimi de devam ettirilmesi onemlidir.
