摘要: An optical grating includes a sequence of lines, the being such that each line is centred on position which an integer multiple spacing distance from datum grating, lines non-periodic and formed N concatenated subsequences. Each subsequence comprising series one or more instances respective pattern. Such has structure amenable to calculation necessary achieve desired characteristic. A method calculating fabricating also disclosed.
