摘要: Conditioning lesions of peripheral nerves improve axonal regeneration after injury and involve changes in expression proteins required for growth. Integrin alpha7beta1 motor sensory neurons increases following nerve axon is impaired alpha7 integrin KO mice (J. Neurosci. 20, 1822-1830). To investigate the role regeneration, dorsal root ganglia adult were cultured gels laminin-rich extracellular matrix (Matrigel) or collagen. Normal Matrigel collagen supplemented with laminin showed spontaneous outgrowth, which was greatly increased conditioned preparations, but only presence laminin. Conditioned from normal a blocking antibody to beta1 reduced growth both Matrigel- laminin-supplemented gels. Enhanced conditioning therefore involves responsiveness expression.
