摘要: Abstract This research discusses the multi-stage security-constrained transmission network expansion planning. In modern power systems, problem is formulated as a large-scale, mixed-integer, non-linear programming problem, which for real systems very difficult to solve. Although remarkable advances have been made in optimization techniques, finding an optimal solution of this nature can still be extremely challenging. paper, new constructive heuristic approach, based on local controlled random search (simulated rebounding algorithm) proposed choose decision variables.
