摘要: The management of intra- and inter-organizational business processes is a significant issue that influences company’s success. Many are not fully automated require human interaction. Therefore, responsibilities for tasks have to be assigned by workflow systems. Common resource models allow the selection resources according their roles, thus neglecting competences skills. In this article we present an extensible meta-model allows modeling including competences, skills knowledge. Furthermore propose usage these criteria enable more flexible assignment tasks. particular our approach fosters alignment process planning. This combination facilitates several opportunities on both sides offers potential enhanced scheduling adequate in comparison pure role based decisions.
