摘要: Immunoresponsiveness has been compared in mice chronically infected with lymphocytic choriomeningitis (LCM) virus and noninfected mice. The antigens used were sheep red blood cells, keyhole limpet hemocyanin, human IgG (HuIgG), bovine IgG, chicken turkey IgG. LCM-infected found to have normal immune responses cells hemocyanin over wide dose ranges, whereas against mammalian avian showed depressed responsiveness. This depression was not associated differences antibody avidity or antigen handling but decreased numbers of antibody-forming cells. Unresponsiveness HuIgG difficult induce deaggregated LCM virus.
