摘要: Although doxorubicin has been widely used as an anticancer drug, it dose-dependent toxic effects on ovarian follicle development and apoptosis, oocyte maturation, hormone secretion. Ca2+ signaling also vital roles in the same cellular functions of follicles, indicating a strong link with doxorubicin-induced toxicity. In current project, alternations cultured rat follicles have explored fluorescence resonance energy transfer technology. The results reveal that enhances cytosolic level smoothly. Further experiments confirm endoplasmic reticulum (ER) calcium, but not extracellular calcium influx, is main source intracellular increase. Moreover, Src kinase activation could be upstream ER release. Therefore, this project demonstrates increases mainly by releasing from via which provides deeper understanding
