摘要: The development of immunoassays for the detection plant growth regulator forchlorfenuron (CPPU) is described. To achieve that purpose, a set CPPU derivatives has been obtained by previous synthesis adequate p-aminophenyl alkanoic acid. Protein conjugates these compounds have used as immunogens to produce rabbit polyclonal antibodies and collection mouse monoclonal antibodies. Additionally, battery structural analogues target analyte synthesized characterization antibody binding. This strategy demonstrated most followed Landsteiner's principle, although some showing important deviations from this behavior also found.
