This paper concerns for case study of shopping center parking lot. A queuing model used predict temporal evolution number PEVs in The considers loss life dedicated distribution transformer facility. objective algorithm balance minimization and maximization service quality. theory also estimate waiting time under different chargers. simulation results proposed smart strategy show effectiveness methodology.
