摘要: Recovery strategies in soccer are key for restoration of the metabolically challenged body homeostasis. To better understand mechanisms recovery, we analyzed hematologic and immunological responses three different recovery after competitive match play. Forty-two male professional players (age, 25.7 ± 4.6 years; mass, 75.8 6.4 kg; % fat, 11.0 2.2%; VO2max, 50.4 3.9 mL/kg/min) were followed-up during consecutive days. The divided into equal groups (n = 14), each which performed one programs completing a match: passive (PR), active/jogging (AR), cryotherapy (CR). Blood samples collected before, immediately after, 24, 48, 72 hrs match. After match, parameters not significantly between (p > 0.05). Regardless strategy, significant changes observed erythrocyte count (hemoglobin hematocrit), yet with no physiological value. All showed post-match leukocytosis, was mostly reflection increased neutrophil monocyte < Match-induced leukocytosis reversed period. metabolic demands game sufficient to elicit response meaning. Passive, active, similarly match-induced players.
