摘要: Mobile advertising became a huge financial pillar due to drastic increase in smartphones and tablets usage recent years. This huge-revenue ecosystem is severely thwarted by ad fraud large sum of money available this market. Trained botnets even individuals are hired click-fraud specialists order maximize the revenue certain users from ads they publish on their Web sites or launch an attack between competing businesses. study proposes novel far efficient real-time approach identify categorize real mobile over click bots through behavioral analysis. To validate effectiveness our approach, Real Time Bot Miner (RTMBM), architecture based proposed methodologies has been implemented. The concept behind RTMBM how user reacts unexpected/dynamic User Interface (UI) changes page. Experimental results show two unique patterns after unexpected UI change occurred. can easily be adapted any existing site differentiate given bot. could more convenient than identifying captchas, filling text, etc.
