摘要: Glycyrrhizae Radix, the dried roots of Glycyrrhiza glabra or uralensis Fischer(Leguminosae), has been used as a medicine for treatment imflammation, arthritis, respiratory ailment, skin diseases and liver problems. The purpose this study was to examine effect 70% ethanol extract, 18-β-glycyrrhetinic acid, glycyrol carbenoxolone disodium from Radix on gastritis gastric cancer. Using these materials, we tested antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori, antigastritic HCl·ethanol-induced lesion pylorus ligated secretion with rats, cell viability in cancer cell. acid decreased volume output rats. Also, had strong H. pylori. In addition reduced human cells(AGS SNU638 cell) dose-dependent manner. reduction total well pylori might account effects disodium.
