摘要: The intestinal function is a primary determinant of the outcome critically ill patients. motility disorders digestive tract play central role in reducing or delaying normal and correct nutrient intake. An abnormal postoperative ileus extends ICU hospital lent stay(LOS) increases costs. In order to correctly front challenge such problem, it necessary thorough knowledge anatomy, function, physiopathology gastrointestinal tract. pathogenesis transit multifactorial: description different contributions these factors only allows therapeutic approach. At end wide opportunities, multimodal approach problem presented, according ERAS (Enhanced Recovery after Surgery) protocols.
