摘要: Inflammatory diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) require recurrent invasive tests, including blood radiology, and endoscopic evaluation both to diagnose assess activity, determine optimal therapeutic strategies. Simple 'bedside' biomarkers could be used in all phases of patient management avoid unnecessary investigation guide further management. The focal adhesion complex (FAC) has been implicated the pathogenesis multiple diseases, IBD, rheumatoid arthritis, sclerosis. Utilizing omics technologies proven an efficient approach identify from within FAC field cancer medicine. Predictive are paving way for success precision medicine patients, but have lagged behind this respect. This review explores current status biomarker prediction using highlights benefits future potential identification approaches.
