摘要: Abstract This study investigates the effect of Mn content on structural, luminescence and ferromagnetic properties sol–gel Zn 1− x S y films by X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoluminescence (PL), energy dispersive spectrometer alternating gradient magnetometer measurements (AGM). Dependences optical crystal structure upon were found. In addition, combining with PL, XRD AGM results, a direct link between magnetization defects was established.
