摘要: The purpose of this study was to assess fetal bovine acellular dermal matrix as a scaffold for supporting the differentiation bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into neural following induction with medium. We performed long-term, continuous observation cell morphology, growth, differentiation, and neuronal development using several microscopy techniques in conjunction immunohistochemistry. examined specific proteins Nissl bodies involved process order determine cells. results show that differentiate on display morphology unipolar bi/multipolar neurite elongations express neuronal-specific proteins, including βIII tubulin. grown induced long periods time medium differentiated multilayered network-like structure nerve fibers composed parallel microfibers cells, forming complete circuit dendrite-dendrite axon-dendrite dendrite-axon synapses. In addition, growth cones filopodia were observed scanning electron microscopy. Paraffin sectioning showed typical features phenotype, such large, round nucleus cytoplasm full bodies. data suggest biological is capable human functional neurons subsequent formation tissue engineered nerve.
