摘要: Patients with extensive deep partial or full thickness burns require early excision of necrotic tissue, however, in many these cases simultaneous autografting is not possible due to the general condition patient. In this instance temporary dressings like allogeneic xenogeneic skin foam can be applied minimize fluid and protein loss. Europe glycerolized preserved remains treatment standard. Dermal replacements are considered optimize long-term outcome split grafting. Reduced contracture rates increased pliability have been reported after additional dermal enhancement either collagen-glycosaminoglycan matrix, acellular dermis collagen/elastin matrix. True regeneration has yet observed. However, materials suitable for improvement wound bed also final result transplantation.
