摘要: Purpose: We determined whether the ratio of serum testosterone to prostate specific antigen might provide diagnostic value regarding risk cancer in a population hypogonadal men undergoing biopsy.Materials and Methods: The study consisted 184 consecutive with symptomatic hypogonadism 4.0 ng/ml or less who underwent biopsy before anticipated initiation therapy. All had 300 ng/dl less. Testosterone concentrations were converted ng/ml, eg 270 equals 2.7 calculate testosterone-to-prostate ratio.Results: Mean patient age was 58.5 years.
