摘要: The aim of this study was to determine whether constitutive ErbB2 activation controls growth and apoptosis in colon cancer cells. Growth arrested GEO cells showed the absence exogenous factors or serum supplementation. Higher levels heregulin were observed growth-arrested state cell cycle re-entry independent factors. Blockade by neutralizing antibodies AG879 resulted prevention re-entry. This indicated that autocrine activity responsible for factor independence Activation result mediated interaction with ErbB3 generated downstream ERK PI3K/AKT pathways. Heregulin antibody treatment also as reflected PARP cleavage DNA fragmentation indicating a survival signal induced constitutively activated ErbB2. AKT but not MAPK pathway these
