摘要: A bioluminescent immunoassay of alpha-fetoprotein is described. It uses monoclonal antibodies labeled with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and polyclonal coimmobilized on Sepharose enzymes from marine bacteria. The reaction which occurs in the immunosorbent proportional to amount assay. protocol simple rapid, no separation step required remove excess antibodies. assay can be performed directly 25 microliters serum it as sensitive other immunometric assays.
