摘要: Summary A PCR based assay (Tox5 PCR) which analyses Fusarium species potentially producing trichothecenes was developed using a pair of primers derived from the DNA-sequence trichodiene synthase gene ( tri5 ). The primer tested DNA isolated variety strains representing 64 and varieties as well other fungi, bacteria cereals. 658 bp fragment specifically amplified with belonging to sections Discolor, Sporotrichiella, Arthrosporiella, Gibbosum , “ Dlaminia ”. products obtained were sequenced. Alignment triS sequences given in literature revealed high degree homology. Results correlated data on trichothecene capabilities respective species. Potential fusaria detected contaminated cereals malts Tox5 assay. Intensity signals produced concentration deoxynivalenol (DON) samples wheat.
