摘要: There are many links between cell senescence and the genetics of melanoma, meaning both familial susceptibility somatic-genetic changes in sporadic melanoma. For example, CDKN2A, best-known melanoma gene, encodes two effectors senescence, while other genes related to telomeres their maintenance. This article aimed analyze our current knowledge genetic or epigenetic driver necessary generate a cutaneous metastatic commonest order which these occur, relation biology pathology progression. Emphasis is laid on role escape from leading cellular immortality, ability divide indefinitely.
