摘要: The invention provides a method of determining an amino acid sequence parent polypeptide. consists of: (a) obtaining mass spectra two or more differentially labeled polypeptide fragments polypeptide; (b) assigning and weighting characteristic to paired signals having difference in corresponding integer value said differential label, the combining properties each signal within signals; (c) selecting from assigned distinguishable non-peptide signals, indicating fragment spectra; (d) fragments; (e) differences satisfying name, (f) orienting names. Also provided is constructing graph polypeptides, comprising node with m, number labels n, intensity i, δ; creating masses about m m+nδ, adding weighted directed edge between any nodes acid, signals.
