摘要: Auger electron diffraction (AED) of the Cu(100) surface has been studied through anisotropy elastic backdiffused beam electrons, L2,3M4,5M4,5 (LVV) and M2,3M4,5M4,5 (MVV) transitions in polar scan along two main directions [001], [011] azimuth at normal emission. The intensity anisotropies low high kinetic energy lines are antiphase to each other as experiments which these excited by X-ray photons. This behaviour exploited single out origin physical mechanisms accompanying emitted electrons. Incident effects appear be sizeable only when collection AED spectra made with an angle integrating analyser (cylindrical mirror or apparatus), but they negligible is performed a small solid-angle detector. conclusions reached our measurements supported good agreement experimental theoretical photoelectron data demonstrate that, incident sufficiently higher than detected, influence on negligible.
