摘要: Background The female reproductive tract contains an active microbiome comprising mainly bacteria from the Lactobacillus genus, which is associated with a healthy state. However, spatio-temporal fluctuations of this that occur in response to internal and external factors may impact physiology organs even lead pathological states. Methods Current literature covering summarized contextualized review. Main findings This review presents current knowledge about bacterial composition lower upper as well microbiota on women's health reproduction. We place special focus endometrial infertility assisted technologies. Conclusion assessment adds new microbiological perspective human reproduction, pregnancy, onset life, highlighting importance considering evaluation microbial communities improve personalized care medicine health.
