摘要: From 1992 up to June 1996, 292 hands with electro-physiologically proven carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) were operated on. 250 syndromes endoscopically by means of the dual portal technique according Chow. In case 42 hands, due developed CTS most severe electrophysiological changes, permanent sensory deficit and starting motor dysfunction point atrophy an average distal latency 7.83 ms we using conventional open technique.
