摘要: Abstract We have developed a highly sensitive immunoassay using graphene nano platelets (GNPs) for the rapid detection of human lipocalin-2 (LCN2) in plasma, serum, and whole blood. It has dynamic range, linear limit detection, analytical sensitivity 0.6 to 5120, 80 2560, 0.7, 1 pg/ml, respectively. is most assay LCN2, which 80-fold higher 3-fold lesser duration than commercially available sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) kit. The functionalization microtiter plate (MTP) with GNPs, dispersed 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES), provided increased surface area that leads immobilization density capture antibodies. Moreover, generation free amino groups on MTP GNPs by APTES enables leach-proof covalent crosslinking anti-human LCN2 antibody its carboxyl 1-ethyl-3-[3-dimethylaminopropyl]carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) as heterobifunctional crosslinker. anti-LCN2 antibody-bound MTPs were stable given they did not show any significant decrease their functional activity when stored at 4 °C 0.1 M phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) 8 weeks. correlated well conventional ELISA, thereby demonstrating high precision potential utility analyte industrial clinical settings.
