Should Cash Transfers Be Conditional? Conditionality, Preventive Care, and Health Outcomes

摘要: We study a Conditional Cash Transfer program in which the cash transfers to mother only depends on fulfillment of national preventive visit schedule by her children born before she registered program. estimate that visits after are 50% lower because they excluded from conditionality requirement. Using same variation, we also show attendance care improves children's health.
