摘要: Non-invasive assessment of coronary arteries is possible with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Respiratory gated MR angiography a new technique that permits reconstruction the based on three-dimensional (3D) data set obtained from free-breathing patient. In this study, respiratory (MRA) was performed to assess artery occlusions. MRI in 25 patients who had been referred for conventional because suspected disease. Coronary occlusion evaluated proximal and middle vessel segments after multiplanar images. Five were excluded study; remaining 20 120 analyzed. Good image quality could be 85% segments. Eighteen 24 occlusions confirmed by MRI, overall sensitivity 75% specificity 100%. The best results found left anterior descending (LAD) parts right (RCA), where all confirmed. These showed can detected LAD RCA using 3D MRA. Further technical improvements, especially spatial resolution, are necessary before MRA become reliable diagnostic tool non-invasive evaluation arteries.
