摘要: Research on nickel carcinogenesis from 1975 to March 1980 is reviewed. Epidemiological studies have strengthened the evidence that workers in refineries increased risks of cancers nasal cavities and lungs. Clinical investigations resulted improved diagnosis, classification, management respiratory organs refinery workers. Carcinogenicity tests demonstrated carcinogenicity subsulfide (alpha-Ni3S2) rodents following administration by a variety parenteral routes. Radiotracer x-ray diffractometry clarified metabolism alpha-Ni3S2 rodents. In vitro exposures mammalian cells certain compounds been shown inhibit cellular uptake thymidine-3H, induce chromosomal aberrations, somatic mutations, morphological transformation. Mutagenicity bacterial systems consistently negative. Ni(II) has beeb reported impair fidelity viral DNA polymerases for replication synthetic nucleotide templates.
