Synthesis, Characterization and Activity Evaluation of Matrinic Acid Derivatives as Potential Antiproliferative Agents

摘要: A series of new matrinic acid derivatives 5a-e was synthesized. The chemical structures the synthesized compounds were confirmed by ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, and electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy. anti-tumor activities also investigated in vitro evaluating effect on proliferation A375, A549, HeLa, HepG2 cells. Compound 5e found to be most potent against A375 HeLa cells, with IC₅₀ values 37 75.5 μg/mL, respectively. Compounds 5b, 5c, 5g, 5h exhibited antiproliferative A549 within 36.2-47 μg/mL range. For 5i, 78.9 61 respectively, showed higher activity than taxol.
