摘要: Abstract A brief review is given of the Zeeman and piezo-Zeeman results for spectra shallow acceptors in germanium. Also included are new data thallium with B ∥〈100〉 boron, gallium under ∥〈111〉. The observations field strengths up to 7T compared recent calculations these effects. New neutral zinc germanium also indicated.
