摘要: In this paper, the optical properties of carbon-nickel films annealed at different temperatures 300, 500, 800 and 1000 ° C, with a special emphasis on absorption edge, were investigated. The transmittance spectra in wavelength range 300-1000nm used to compute coefficient. dispersion parameters calculated according Wemple DiDomenico (WDD) single-oscillator model. Photoluminescence (PL) measurements exhibit two main peaks about 2.5 3.3eV which correspond fundamental indirect direct gap, respectively. field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) showed that edge was controlled by nanoparticle size. 500 C have minimum band gap maximum disorder.
