摘要: Abstract A Love-wave device and a PDMS microfluidic chip have been developed in order to measure immunoreactions liquid media, operating dynamic mode (continuous flow-through). The obtained results with the above system for detection of rabbit immunoglobulin by means an antibody goat anti-rabbit compared those most used acoustic wave device, quartz crystal microbalance (QCM), which has worked static mode. It demonstrated once again that QCM is excellent tool as immunosensor, although good alternative due its higher sensitivity. improves response time limit detection. In addition, use microchannels allowed working small sample volume long period On other hand, secondary conjugated gold nanoparticles different method desired concentrations antigens, obtaining this case, greater frequency shift.
