摘要: Intrinsic resistance of glioma cells to radiation and chemotherapy is currently hypothesized be partially attributed the existence cancer stem cells. Emerging studies suggest that mesenchymal may serve as a potential carrier for delivery therapeutic genes disseminated However, tropism character cell-like has rarely been described. In this study, we obtained homologous bone marrow-derived (BM-) adipose tissue-derived (AT-) (MSCs), fibroblast, (CSGCs) from tumor-bearing mice, compared BM- AT-MSCs CSGCs with various form existence. To characterize cell proliferation differentiation, spheroids were cultured on surface substrate different stiffness, combined or withdrew basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) epidermal (EGF) in medium. Our results showed during process proliferation, but not resting differentiated status, display strong characteristics both AT-MSCs, well expression their chemokine factors which mediate migration. If conclusion further confirmed, it expose fatal flaw MSCs tumor-targeted agents treatment CSGCs, even other cells, because there always exist part are status. Overall, our findings provide novel insight into complex issue drug brain tumors, especially tumor
