摘要: Using isoelectric focusing in polyacrylamide gel, and coordinating the results of a series experiments, total 22 trypsin inhibitor (TI) zones, 11 chymotrypsin (CTI) 42 protein (P) zones were found extracts from two 2-row barley varieties,Proctor andEmir. One varieties (Emir) was studied detail; different organs separated germinated ungerminated grains analysed. In ungerminatedEmir barley, endosperm (En) had 5 TI CTI embryo (Em) 8 aleurone layer (Al) 1 zone. During germination number decreased. After 6 days germination, 2 no zone, left layer. coleoptile, zone observed rootlets found.
