摘要: Pure single-crystal rutile-type VO2 has been synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of V2O5, oxalic acid, and tungstenic acid at low temperatures. The products have characterized by means X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning selected area differential calorimetry, photoelectron spectroscopy. It is shown that a part powders “snowflake” morphology assembled rods which monoclinic structure with preferential orientation along 110 direction. adulterating agent plays key role in synthesis rutile phase. DSC results indicated metal-semiconductor transition temperature was reduced to room or below. details mechanisms are described discussed. substitution V atoms larger W induces distortion VO6 octahedra, promoting from (B) (R).
