摘要: A single chain variable fragment antibody (scFv; anti-NIa scFv102) was selected from a synthetic human library by using NIa protease of Plum pox virus (PPV) as an antigen, which expressed in bacteria. The forms the nuclear inclusion body and acts major cleavage viral polyprotein into functional proteins. protein detected with scFv102 after expression Escherichia coli cells well PPV-infected Nicotiana benthamiana plants. Furthermore, has ability to identify not only PPV infected plants but also can detect other infections members potyviruses. Nineteen different potyviruses were recognized various tested through dot blot assays. Therefore, potential becoming general tool potyvirus plant species.
