摘要: After the sequencing of human genome is completed, research focus shifts toward analysis gene products. The encodes more than 30,000 genes. Owing to alternative mRNA splicing and posttranslational modifications, for example, glycosylation, phoshorylation, so on, number different proteins proteome supposed easily exceed 90,000. Antibodies are key detection reagents "postgenomic" these proteins. Any systematic investigation requires high throughput methods antibody generation. In vitro selection systems utilizing recombinant repertoires offer this capability capacity. most commonly used contemporary in system phage display, which has already yielded thousands useful antibodies therapy, research, diagnostics. Herein, described fragments from naive libraries.
