摘要: The field of mobile health (“m-Health”) is evolving rapidly and there an explosive growth psychological tools on the market. Exciting high-tech developments may identify symptoms, help individuals manage their own mental health, encourage seeking, provide both preventive therapeutic interventions. This development has potential to be efficient cost-effective approach reducing waiting lists serving a considerable portion people globally (“g-Health”). However, few applications (apps) have been rigorously evaluated. There little information how valid screening assessment are, which intervention apps are effective, or well compare face-to-face treatments. But feasible rigorous scientific evaluation with rising demands from policy makers, business partners, users for quick release? In this paper, in m-Health tools—targeting screening, assessment, prevention, treatment—are reviewed examples trauma posttraumatic stress disorder. academic challenges developing evaluating being addressed.
