摘要: Systems biology intends to understand the biological systems as a whole, it may hold key for eventually cure of some most challenging complex diseases, such cancer, diabetes, obesity, mental disorders and etc. The major driving forces are high-throughput “-omics” technologies, i.e., genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics metabolomics Featured high-throughput, miniaturized capable parallel analyses, protein microarray has already become powerful tool biology. In this chapter, we will focus on application microarrays global analysis clinical samples, especially cancer related studies. We discuss four types microarray, proteome antibody reverse phase array (RPA) lectin microarrays. also challenges that facing future trends technology its applications strongly believe standard in both basic research study.
