摘要: Protein kinase-driven phosphorylation constitutes the core of cellular signaling. Kinase components signal transduction pathways are often targeted for inactivation by pathogens. The study kinases and immune in model crop tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) would benefit from availability community-wide resources large scale systems-level experimentation. Here, we defined kinome performed a comprehensive comparative analysis 15 other plant species.
