摘要: Although the influence of housing conditions on physiological response to stress has been extensively studied for several years, no attempts have made investigate effect this variable capacity adaptation chronic stress. To end, adult male rats were housed either individually or in groups four per cage and subjected 2 hr daily immobilization 14 days. Housing did not any variables measured unstressed stressed except corticosterone which was higher rats. Of behavioral measures, individual significantly decreased defecation rate novel environment. Other measures influenced by housing. Chronic reduced ambulation but significant interaction between observed. Taken together, these data indicate that a short period affect consequences repeated exposure
