摘要: The increase in the use of refined food, which is rich fructose, particular concern children and adolescents, since total caloric intake prevalence metabolic syndrome are increasing continuously these populations. Nevertheless, effects high fructose diet have been mostly investigated adults, by focusing on effect a long-term intake. Notably, some reports evidenced that even short-term exerts detrimental metabolism. Therefore, aim this study was to compare changes induced fructose-rich rats different age, i.e. young (30 days old) adult (90 rats. increased whole body lipid content adult, but not analysis liver markers inflammation suggests mechanisms depending age might be activated after diet. In fact, pro-inflammatory gene-expression showed just minor activation macrophages compared rats, while other low-grade (TNF-alpha, MPO, lipocalin, haptoglobin) significantly increased. Inflammation associated with oxidative damage hepatic lipids levels nitrotyrosine ceramides were detected only Interestingly, fructose-induced insulin resistance evident sensitivity decreased both fructose-fed Taken together, present data indicate do their exposed perturbations, such as stress, line finding may an important predictor risk people, independently weight status. These results need corrective nutritional interventions for people adults well prevention alterations.
