摘要: Prostaglandins (PGD{sub 2}, PGE{sub PGF{sub 2{alpha}}, and PGI{sub 2}) thromboxane A{sub 2} (TXA{sub are biologically active molecules derived from the metabolism of arachidonic acid by cyclooxygenases. They produce a wide variety physiological pathophysiological effects mediated through specific G protein-coupled cell surface receptors. In this study, we have mapped chromosomal positions human genes that encode receptor subtypes (PTGER1, PTGER2, PTGER3), 2{alpha}} (PTGFR), (PTGIR), TXA{sub (TBXA2R) using in situ hybridization. The PTGER1, TBXA2R, PTGIR to chromosome 19 at 19p13.1, 19p13.3, 19q13.3, respectively. PTGFR PTGER3 1 1p31.1 1p31.2, respectively, PTGER2 gene band 5p13.1. 16 refs., tab.
