摘要: In this article we examine the social representations of Brazilian graduate students Business Administration regarding situations in which ethics and competitiveness are paradoxically present. The aim study is to identify how meaning, constructed by students, what is, as well an organization, role administrator leads them towards certain symbolic positions concerning paradox. This problematization examined means Social Representation Theory, Critical Management Education. Our qualitative nature, methodological procedures used are: a word association test, completion test for analysis five cases reported printed televised media, construction theme drawings. results show that have ambiguous contradictory position not only administrator, but also appropriate management practice these situations.
