摘要: Aptamers are widely used as molecular recognition elements for detecting and blocking functional biological molecules. Since the common "alphabet" of DNA RNA consists only four letters, chemical diversity aptamers is less than protein built 20 amino acids. Chemical modification nucleotides enlarges potential DNA/RNA aptamers. This review describes latest achievements in a variety approaches to selection with an extended genetic alphabet.
